Sr. Manager Industrial Relations
- Managing IR - Having hands on working exposure of handling/day to day Interaction with Unions, wages Agreement etc.
- Legal & IR Compliances and Disciplinary Activities.
- Hands on experience of domestic enquiry/Disciplinary Action's.
- Lison and Public Relation with local Authorities.
- Develop a robust network to pre-empt IR issues and take preventive actions to avoid the same HR Strategy and Planning: - Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives from the employees.
- Monitor and analyze labor market trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations: - Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, policies, and practices for employees working in warehouses across India.
- Liaison with relevant government agencies, departments and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: MBA/MSW/PGDM-Regular or LLB
Age: 40 - 45 Years
Industry Preferred: Any Manufacturing/Auto/Process Industry
