Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation - CA - BFS/Hotels

- Responsible for the entire Indirect Tax Compliance and laws.

- Preparation and Filing of Service Tax, VAT and CST returns

- Responsible for Service Tax audit conducted by the authorities

- Managing the filing and processing of refund claims under the respective authority

- Review of the contractual agreements, appeals and audit queries

- Analysis of GST Impact on the business and effective implementation of GST

- Identifying areas for process improvements to enhance quality and accuracy of tax operations, facilitating informed decision making and initiating actions to affect tax planning
