Roles & responsibilities :

- Capable to handle government GST audit, tax related matters with government offices to discharge of tax responsibilities

- Capable to apply GST registration

- Capable to file all type of GST returns independently (GSTR1 and GSTR3B)

- Knowledge to avail refund under inverted rate structure and IGATE

- Capable to response all government letters and show cause notice

- Proper monitoring of E. Way system and IRN through SAP and Government site

- Knowledge to file E filling of annual forms, Drafting resolutions & minutes

- Capable to fulfill all GST compliances of allocated business

- Knowledge to indirect tax litigations pre and post GST along with company counsels and consultants

- Knowledge to explore avenues of tax process improvements and digitization according to government GST Act

- Capable to prepare comprehensive updates for top management on GST compliances
