Job Description :

- Proficient in Central excise, Service tax.

- Considerable knowledge in the procedures involved in availment of cenvat credit, computation of service tax, preparation & filing of statutory returns, reconciliation of statutory returns, tax payments with books of accounts.

- Should be aware of registration procedures relating to service tax and input service distribution.

- Awareness of central excise procedures applicable to manufactures is essential.

- Should be able to handle large number of data / documents on availment of credit, service tax payment on regular basis.

- Focus on utmost compliance to the statutory requirements is the fundamental need of the position.

- Should be able to correspond independently with statutory authorities, handling audit and other agencies.

Soft Skills Required :

- Hands on experience in SAP based environment.

- Expert in MS Excel and MS office.
