Sr Manager - In Process Quality
Role :
- Responsible for over all Process Quality
- Analyze established systems, compliance customer specific requirements, testing methods & procedures for ensuring product quality, identify variations and recommend improvements.
- Drive compliance quality systems, procedures & deliver training to ensure overall Operations quality
- Coordinating reviews of quality procedures relating to continuous improvement activity
- Support to maintain and improve the quality, Environmental, Occupational, Health & Safety Management systems.
- Analysis of customer rejections & field failures, reporting of FACA on time.
- Responsible for dispatch the samples are sent to R&D and customer to verify Product & Process Quality
- Overall management of shop floor quality team, addressing training needs, work planning as per the - Operation demand, team conflict management, etc.

- Technical Leadership in Process & Quality
- Good Communication skills & Analytical problem solving
- Team player, Team Leader, Supervisory Managerial competencies
- Responsible and Accountable
- Report preparation and presentation skills
- EMS, Automotive Electronics, Electrical Electronics Assembly, etc.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Ability to communicate with and present to senior management
