Senior Manager - Implementation - SaaS - Mobility Practice

We are looking for a profile to implement a SaaS product (Mobility Practice). The Mobility Implementation Lead is a key role in the execution of mid-to large-scale enterprise projects. This role will manage implementations from offshore and will work closely with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that smooth delivery as agreed in contracts.

Relevant Exp: 2+ Years Implementation Lead in SaaS products

Industry experience in mobility software solutions and services will be good to have.

Job Description:

- Should have a minimum experience of 10 years managing implementations of products, preferably in the SaaS model

- Should have managed minimum implementation engagements of >10 projects in parallel, covering small, medium, and enterprise-sized customers/projects

- Should have excellent project management skills.

- Should have a positive mindset in resolving challenges and should work towards achieving mutually beneficial results for all stakeholders

- Should have experience handling multiple project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), etc..

- Should have the ability to prepare detailed project plans based on customer requirements

- Should have the ability to manage changes during the implementation lifecycle and ensure that the project plan is adjusted to reflect the changes

- Should have the ability to track team tasks & deliverables on a regular basis and suggest preventive and/or corrective mechanisms to ensure smooth progress.
