Senior Manager - Human Resources - XLRI/MDI/TISS/IIM

Company Profile: Currently we have a suitable senior vacancy as Sr.Manager HR with our clients who are a large, profitable, rapidly expanding, professionally managed MNC organisation having multi-locational operations - leaders in their product category. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Independently ensure Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. Manage all HR-Ops. Will lead a small team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

MBAs (premier / good institutes) with 5-12 years relevant experience in highly reputed manufacturing, consulting, service (banking, telecom, financial services, etc.) organisations. Must be working as HRBP and also handlng HR-Ops.
