We have an urgent job opening with our client which is the largest Steel Company in India for a Sr. management generalist corporate HR role of Sr. Manager - HR.

Designation: Sr. Manager - HR

Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP) (Individual Contributor role)

Division: Corporate - HR

Location: BKC in Mumbai

Reports to: General Manager - Corporate HR

Purpose : To manage entire Employee - Life Cycle for the Corporate Functions assigned.

Key Result Areas :

- Responsible for entire gamut of HR Processes as HR Business Partner for the Corporate Functions

- Design and implement interventions in areas of capability building and employee engagement

- Support - the TA team for hiring requirements for both new and replacement -positions.

- End-to-end Employee Life Cycle Management for employees. Tracking performance KPIs, suggest improvements, as needed and complete - all people processes as per timelines.

- Training and awareness of -people processes and policies for people and managers.

- Identify training needs for employees and lead the training execution. Manage post training evaluation and proper documentation. Providing administrative support for training programs.

- Act as first point of contact and facilitate employee conflict, issues and grievances.

- Co-ordinate and execute employee engagement activities.

- Working closely with Businesses & Corporate Functions for Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Organisation Review & Productivity, Talent Management, Performance Management, Goal Setting, Reward & Recognition, Employee Engagement etc.

Critical Tasks :

- Stakeholder connect and expectation management

- Keep abreast with developments on employee's issues

- 1:1 connect with employees to get a pulse of potential issues and take proactive steps take up issues on priority

- Connect and daily functional update with Senior HRBP

- Ensure uninterrupted HR operations

- Other Administration related work that may come up time to time

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

Educational Background and Work Experience

Any Graduate with full time MBA/PGDM in HR

Desired candidate must have 10-12 years of post-qualification HR experience and relevant 3-5 years of HR Business Partnering experience.

- Building connect and engagement with employees across geographies
