Senior Manager - Human Resources - Retail/ Consumer Durable Industry

Our client is looking for Senior Manager HR in Mumbai location. Only immediate joiner from Mumbai location should apply .

As the Senior Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Reporting directly to the Owners, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and partnering with leadership to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a senior HR management role, preferably within the retail or consumer durable industry.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Prior Experience of working with Organizations which have a mix of both Blue Collar and White Collar professionals

- Experience in creating performance management and incentive plans for a large Sales team
