Functional Responsibilities:
- Govern & optimize usage of in-house and external resources for successful Implementation of Organizational Development, Talent Management and R&R strategies
- Organizational mapping to identify talent management strategies for all critical roles
- Work closely with Internal Stake holders to ensure timelines are adhered to across all levels
- Creation of Employee value proposition for all roles
- Revamp R&R policies
- Drive change management across the organization
Job Requirements :
Qualifications : MBA from premier institute
Experience : Min. 3 years of experience
Functional Competencies :
Should have managed of Organizational Development, Talent Management and R&R in a retail setup
Behavioral Competencies :
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership, persuasion and influencing skills
