Experience: 8-12

- HRBP responsibility for supporting all the business leaders and employees and ensure that all the HR processes are implemented and followed up

- Organisational Development, Training & Development, Culture, Branding, Talent Acquisition will be your key areas

- Ideate and create initiatives that takes care of employee's wellbeing & perform duty of care across the organization.

- Participate in the global HR projects and support in deployment of HR policies and practices in India.

- Provide support in the annual planning and workforce shaping for people strategy in India.

- Develop recruitment & onboarding processes.

- Support in building a culture of diversity and inclusion in India
