Job Title: Senior Manager HR - Mumbai (Real Estate Background)
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs, to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees receive relevant training to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Work closely with senior management to design and implement organizational structures that support business growth and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of the organizational structure to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals. Anticipate future staffing needs and proactively address any gaps.
