Job description : Senior HR Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
- Responsible to focus on attrition management, exit control.
- Hands on experience in making various reports, should be well versed with Excel formulas.
- Responsible to conduct Skip-level discussions team wise on a monthly basis.
- Responsible to drive internal team to achieve recruitment numbers and working on various google sheets.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- To look after HR activities for the company & to handle all the Hr responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliances.
- Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments
- Drive the recruitment process at the regional level; Ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs.
- Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning We are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills.
