Senior Manager - Human Resources (Female ONLY)
- "Recruit, train, develop and lead a team of experienced Data Analyst and Scientist to deliver insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Transform and maintain data models, reporting systems and dashboards. Identify opportunities to move to BI Dashboards from Manual Reporting tool
- Identifies statistical analysis techniques required to deliver insights
- Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across the organization
- Monitor Data & Analytic trends to identify opportunities to adopt Artificial Intelligence
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
- Create predictive models for attrition, performance, and required offer throughput
- Apply advanced workforce planning techniques and tools (e.g., scenario modeling/planning, supply and demand forecasting, trend analysis, predictive modeling) to provide insight and recommendations on workforce plans
- Proactively identify and contribute to collaborative efforts across business groups, functional teams, at multiple levels.
- Provide a stable foundation for procedures & processes that will enable the execution of Workforce Analytics goals.
- Contribute to other strategic HR and Operations initiatives as requested"
