About the client  Leading eCommerce of India  Location - Mumbai- Preferred-Male candidates only  Mandate- Marathi speaking / Education- IIM/TISS/ XLRI  Responsibilities   Driving HR initiatives and functions for Warehouse  - Lead a team of HR Executives and Generalists  - Implement initiatives that help reduce attrition rate  - Continually develop and engage front line managers / supervisors to improve people skills  - Promote a workplace environment that successfully balances positive employee relations with the corporation's business objectives.  - Handle employee relation's issues, investigations and discipline process.  - Benchmark and set up robust employee connect, welfare processes  - Partnering with the business to develop and implement programs, practices and solutions to attain business objectives.  - Creates a culture that values retention, coaching and introduce career development  - Experience of handling Statutory authorities and issues related to Marathi workers.  - Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns, coordination with legal authorities under Labor Laws like PF, ESIC, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor & Workman Compensation)  - Manage contractual employees and issues related to demand for permanency.  - Managing of vendors for providing contractual works as per business requirement.  - Manage large group concerns and avoid disruptive unionized atmosphere  - Set up a strong Industrial Relations mechanism  Minimum Requirement:  - Must have experience in handling HR within Warehouse/Plants  - Minimum 6 -8 years business/HR Generalist experience involving direct accountabilities in the areas of employee relations, L&D, benefits administration, job analysis and compensation administration  - MBA from a top tier B School preferred  - Marathi Language (Proficiency) required  - Experience of Mumbai is preferred, however Maharashtra work ex is mandatory with experience of dealing with Marathi workers  Connect with us at Shan 9654383898 / Satya Prakash- 9891329837
