Senior Manager - Human Resources
- Should be Post graduate with Human Resource with 8-15 years experience from reputed companies
Talent Management :
- Perform Onboarding duties; Ensure completion of i9 & E-Verify per compliance
- Conduct New hire orientation
- Conduct Background checks and drug screen as required
- Learning & Development
- Key member in creating Training webpage for the learning website of the organization
- Work with the local universities to develop Campus relations
- Act as Training coordinator for the Instructor led IT training programs
- Provide mentorship for unpaid interns
Employee Records Management :
- Create and maintain hard copy and electronic employee files in accordance with policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining Public Access File (PAF) for H1B visa holders
- Maintain and update HRIS;Proficient with HRIS like Onblick,Ceipal Workforce,Bamboo HR
Statutory Compliance :
- Ensure Federal and State Compliances as applicable; Assist Employees with the basic interpretation of HR policies and procedure
- Participate in Client audits
- Responsible for creation and updation of Employee Handbook and Onboarding process documents
Employee Relations :
- Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs and general questions
- Handle employee requests on employer letters
- Handle new enrollments and insurance terminations
- Implement Employee referral programs; Effectively run the employee referral programs and support the processing of referral bonuses
- Maintain HR reports like Headcount report, Attrition report
Immigration :
- H1B CAP cases,RFEs,Extensions,Amendment and Perm filing and track cases to closure
- Perform other duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned : Acted as coordinator for Partner events.
