Senior Manager - HR
Organizational Development
- Support managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Lead and drive the people, culture and engagement plan for the organization
- Focusing on designing and implementing the performance management system of the organization
- Building processes within the people, operations & talent acquisition teams and introduction of tools for easy management of pipeline and processes
- Ensure adequate and updated HR policies, including regular internal communications
Talent Acquisition
- Determine HR needs, lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract the best talent
- Assist talent acquisition with identifying and hiring top talent
- Build processes to ensure smooth onboarding, training and exit of team members
- Design, develop and implement recruitment strategies, including process flow and procedures
- Assess people required for successful implementation of the strategic plan
Talent Retention
- Design and lead a comprehensive performance evaluation process to assess employees on technical acumen, attributes and alignment with TAP values
- Design and lead a strong professional development mechanism - to meet training needs, mentor staff and ensure appropriate career development tracks
Program and Policy of the Organization
- Document the culture of the organization and the diversity we bring as a team for future recruits
- Work closely with the team leads and founders to ensure goal setting and compensation planning
- Succession planning for mid to senior positions and creating processes for documentation and handovers
- Ensure policies are implemented smoothly and tweaking/ building new policies to meet the team's needs and expectations
Learning and Development
- Create a culture of high performance by supporting those who are unable to meet goals and studying patterns of those exceeding expectations
- Recognize high performers in the organization
- Setup and engage alumni networks for the organization
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in HR practices or aligned fields
- Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organizations
- A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down and across the organization
- Experience in managing small to medium teams within a complex environment
- A strong background with HR Business Partner accountabilities including change management, consulting agility, and organization design
- Bachelor's/Post Graduation Diploma/Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource
