About the position:
Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, taking care of learning and development, Induction and Onboarding program for new joinees, support GM HR in manpower planning, budgeting, performance management, employee engagement and OD Intervention.
Responsibilities:
- Help GM - HR to set HR Plan/objectives for the HR team and track progress
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop and execute L&D Strategy
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Take care of recruitment
- Monitor HR metrics, MIS
- Manage induction and onboarding program
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of Recruitment, L&D and OD
- Excellent communication abilities.
Education: MBA HR from premier institute
Professional Experience: 12 to 15 years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing company.
