- With our Head Office based in Mumbai, the ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in the Logistics Industry, demonstrating proficiency in Customs Clearance (CC) Freight Forwarding (FF) and Warehousing.

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Recruitment and Selection: Manage full recruitment cycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
Employee Relations: Handle conflicts, grievances, and promote a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and provide coaching for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
