Sr. Manager HR (L&OD)

Role Requirements :

- Knowledge of latest L&OD trends and concepts and Best Practices as well as Knowledge of LMS

- Role is to manage the end-to-end L&OD and capability building deliverables

1) Training Needs Analysis (TNA) :

- Manage the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative learning and capability development solutions. Participate in the full life cycle of program design, development, implementation, and evaluation, including but not limited to needs analysis, creating/sourcing relevant materials, communications, surveys, facilitation and train the trainer session

2) Facilitation :

- Design and develop creative, learner-centred, training solutions in multiple modalities. including Facilitation in digital environments.

- Schedule training programs as per calendar and ensure training timelines are followed as planned

- Manage and maintain content curriculum, program or course including all documents required for learner and facilitator information

- Prepare facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators.

- Plan and execute Leadership Development Programs

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable successful deployment

- Coordinate professional and leadership learning sessions, in both classroom and virtual environments creating a comfortable, inclusive and engaging learning environment for meaningful discovery, discussion and collaboration.

- Ensure the training budget is done and programs are executed as per the budgetary framework

3) Talent Management :

- To manage and support Talent Management Interventions for the group.

- Capability building for Hipos

- Succession planning as per framework

4) LMS :

- Facilitate and administer the LMS, ensure 100% coverage.

- Map learning solutions and modules role wise & level wise and ensure competition as per timelines

- Guide relevant stakeholders for troubleshooting.

5) Learning Evaluation :

- Determine, gather, draw insight from and present appropriate learning metrics.

- Monitor the success of individual development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

- Training feedback analysis and Training effectiveness analysis.
