Position Overview:
We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Manager - Human Resources with a minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience to join our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Manager - Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's HR strategy, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with our organizational objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent.
- Oversee employee relations activities, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior management to address organizational development needs and drive business success.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on strategic HR management. Experience in e-commerce and / or startup environment is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational growth and improve employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the link between HR and business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
