Roles & Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Overview of complete HR policies
- Monitor employee life cycle
- Support new joiner induction
- Create and analysis of HR reports
- Manage HR vendors
- Execute employee engagement activities i.e monthly and annually.
Strategy:
- Develop and Support on executing HR strategy plans
- Initiate fitment and compensation study
- Be part of succession planning and talent development plan
- Drive annual appraisal cycle
- Getting involved with function heads in decision making to balance organization's values and culture
Initiative:
- Talk to HR vendors and implement new modules
- Keep a watch on the HR practices and employee behaviour pattern, identify and suggest improvements to accommodate as part of the culture.
- Come out with new ways of automation to roll out HR operations and practices
- Interact with functions heads to roll out training plan and calendar
- Support in recruitment as per need
Qualification & Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in HR operations
- Post Graduate with specialization in HR
- Candidates from the social sector will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high-level of attention to detail
- Communicate information effectively to the stake holders, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building skill along with time management
- Process driven mind-set
- Hands on with excel sheet, google sheets and managing multiple job portals
- Able to work under tight deadlines with multiple positions
