Position Summary :
- Lead the 2 people HR team in a fast growing set up.
- Create and drive the end-to-end people strategy and agenda and work closely with senior leaders to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation & excellence.
- Establish as a talent acquisition lead in the space of renewable asset management.
- Support organization to strengthen process capabilities for enable growth.
- The incumbent will assume responsibility for all aspects of HR, primarily Talent Acquisition, Employer brand, Employee relations, Digitization, Inclusion and Diversity, HR Ops etc. Need for highly developed interpersonal & communication skills, stakeholder & team management, knowledge of employment laws, understanding of people best practices in the technology space is pivotal.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Management :
- Continuously enhance people productivity for solar site operations via best-in-class technology adoption, talent management and optimization
- Enhance talent management practices for superior career planning and talent retention
- Talent pipeline creation & development for high impact roles
- Implement appropriate strategies for talent acquisition of quality hires, further augmented by right induction & onboarding processes Employee Relations Oversee operations of third-party vendor partners for 100% compliance and smooth business support
- Ensure talent has access to best-in-class resources and capability building is targeted to individual and organizational needs for growth
- Given diversity of talent pool, help build collaboration across BUs, departments, and locations to unlock the potential of the larger organization
- Establish as an Employer of choice for diverse and minority talent segments Engagement
- Minimum 10 years in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Experience working as a HRBP & COE in a growing set up o Prior experience with technology start-ups that have seen scale
- Prior experience of working with organizations intensive in contractual staffing
- Exposure to working in fast paced & high ownership environments
