Performance Appraisals :
- Implement PMS processes that would assist the top management in terms of half-yearly and yearly performance Appraisals.
- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the performance appraisal analysis.
- Analyse the scores and make the Bell Curve accordingly.
- Formulate KRAs and KPIs and competencies required to evaluate employees in accordance with company's goals.
Employee Relations and Engagement :
- Create multi-level engagement and communication platforms to build strong employee-organization connect.
- Coordination with the senior management and cross functional teams in addressing various people related issues and implementation of the issues through appropriate level in the organization.
- To plan organize and assist in effective implementation of HR policies to improve HR performance and optimizing
Employee productivity : Plan various initiatives for employee engagement and roll out yearly engagement Calendar.
Conducting employee engagement activities :
- Celebration of special days like Independence day / Women's day /Diwali / New Year / Christmas and to organize list of activities including Best Workplace Award, Best Dress Award, Few games, Quiz, etc..
- Conducting open houses, Skip Level meetings, Team Meeting with CEO & CXO, driving Buddy Concept/Induction programme for new joiners, organizing and ensuring employee birthday celebrations at corporate office once in a month.
HR Analytics :
- Analysis of attrition reports and share action plan to curb attrition.
- Process Improvement, preparation and analysis of annual budget, monitoring and conducting HR review on monthly basis.
- Analytical capabilities, around - data interpretation, to collect & collate information on important HR metrics from businesses on monthly basis, analysis of trends.
- High Proficiency in MS. Excel skills. Advanced Excel Skills preferred.
Training & Development :
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with reporting managers and regional human resources departments across all levels
- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
- Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers as a part of performance appraisals.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning through gamification.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills - Ability to drive consensus in decision making.
- Develop and anchor specific OD interventions for Companies, Exposure to HR Excellence Models, Employer Branding, Competence mapping, Strategic HR Planning, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Salary Range : 10 - 15 LPA
