Senior Manager - Human Resources - Facility Management Firm

Position : Sr. Manager - HR

Location: Bangalore

The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for entire gamut of HR operations for the State of Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Organization

- Managing the recruitment and selection process. Collaborate with various unit / functional heads on a regular basis and close the open positions with-in the TAT.

- Managing Employee life cycle in an efficient manner to enhance employee experience.

- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualification and Experience :

- Full time Graduates, MBA /PGDBM HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes

- Around 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in HR

Attributes :

- Candidates from Facility Management Industry would be preferred

- Prior experience of management of Karnataka region would be desirable
