Senior Manager - Human Resources - Consumer Durable/FMCG/Retail (10-20 yrs)
1. Understand the drivers of business and factors that determine its success
2. Be part of Team meetings and review processes to understand the business impact on people issues
3. To support both business heads and HR head on key people issues within the team
4. Help business identify manpower requirement both in terms of number and profile
5. Supporting the team for closure of open positions as per agreed TAT
6. Driving organization processes like PMS, TMS in the teams
7. Timely response and support to employees
8. Ensure development process is being carried out and employees are receiving relevant training
9. Working collaboratively with Team and and Management to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives
