Looking for a Senior Manager for one of our Tier-1 consulting clients
- The role is an AD level for other Tier-1 consulting companies
- The role will report into the director, who in turn reports into the partner
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing HR in a GCC setup
The ideal candidate should have an experience in either of the following:
1. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in COE( Talent management, niche leadership development, succession planning etc)
2. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in L&D (trainings, Talent Management, HR transformations)
3. Experience in a GCC/Tech/captive centre setup specialsing in change managent( recruitment rebranding, tech change etc)
4. The candidate should have experience in a GCC (sharedservices) setup of a corporate organisation
