Key responsibilities are:

- Maintain cordial relations with all statutory authorities

- Monitoring and ensuring statutory compliance pertaining to factories act, IR act, standing orders etc.

- Employee engagement and recreational activities

- Execution and monitoring CSR

- Ensuring safe work procedures and zero incidents

- Maintenance of QMS and EMS at plant level

- MIS and reporting

- Contract labour management

- Statutory records and registers

- On-boarding process

- Internal and external stake holders' management

- Performance management system co-ordination at Unit level

- Event management and media co-ordination

- Statutory compliance for regular employees and liasioning with Govt. officials

- CSR activities
