Senior Manager HR
Location - Hyderabad
Mandatory Qualification - MBA Full time 2 years course
Key Responsibilities :
- To manage end to end HR functions
- Lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters
- Work with HR head and Departmental Head HR in mapping hiring requirements based on upcoming projects and annual implementation plans.
- To manage the HR function against budget and within the guidelines contained in the HR procedures.
- To advise and guide team leaders / line managers on all people matters in line with best practice/policies to ensure effective employee relations.
- To ensure that the Company's HR policies/procedures are consistent with employment legislation
- To develop, support and monitor throughout the company a number of key HR procedures, eg performance management/pay reviews; etc. To produce statistics and analyse trends in support of the people issues eg attrition, absenteeism etc.
- To achieve the targets and objectives set by the line manager and Head HR
- To observe at all times the requirements set out in our policies and procedures (for example, security, health and safety, data protection consumer protection) and other legislative or regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Risk function in developing and maintaining a risk management agenda, acting both to ensure the necessary levels of transparency for potential risks and promoting a positive culture of awareness and accountability throughout your function.
- To perform other administrative activities as and when required
- Line manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, Talent development, conduct, appraisals, employee administration and recruitment
- Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations for self and for direct reports
