Senior Manager - Human Resource
Job Description:
The position holder will be responsible for a Regional Head HR for Region to oversee the recruiting, Admin and training of our division's employees. Regional Head HR responsibilities include supervising local Admin, HR teams, and implementing company policies.
- You will be handling HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Local Admin. Provide all HR administrative support to new joiners as well as existing employees at the regions
- Create an environment of trust and satisfactorily & speedily resolve any issues in the region
- Handle HR Operations for the region
- Handle exit formalities and conduct an exit interview
- Manage and monitor the attendance recording system
- End-to-end recruitment including bulk hiring
- Manpower planning in coordination with the operations team
- Coordinate with the manpower vendors for the recruitment
- Explore different avenues of sourcing manpower for associates
- Implementing a performance management system based on existing policies
- Succession planning
Skills & Experience:- Ability to manage a manpower of 500
- Ability to manage different stakeholders - Departmental heads, Corporate Team, Vendors etc
- Ability to manage a team of 15-20 members
- Candidate must have 80% n above in 10th & 12th, 60% in UG & PG
- This job requires 6 days working & travel as per business needs
