KRA's are as follows :

1. Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organization's talent pool.

2. Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.

3. Monitors the Organization's talent landscape and models future requirements with respect to the organization's business landscape and engages Senior Management to review the talent landscape and leads programs for strengthening the same.

4. May be responsible for the jointly developing talent management programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals and also, Capable of resolving escalated issues with respect to talent pools

1. Strong Business Acumen to understand the key levers of the business.

2. Project & Change Management Skills, Data Analytics & Problem Solving Skills
