We are a fast-growing Seed & Series A funded startup.

We are a D2C ecommerce aggregator: India's next-generation, digitally-led consumer goods company. We invest-in, grow and buy e-commerce businesses. We acquire e-commerce businesses that sell on the eCommerce marketplaces and their own websites. We infuse capital, and our A-team of experts, takes full responsibility to grow the business 5-10X, maximizing wealth creation for the founders.

Leadership Team : It is led by e-commerce, strategy and M&A experts from McKinsey, Bain, Purplle, Hotstar, Amazon, P&G, Axis Capital, Paytm, etc.

Job Description of Senior Manager HR

What we are looking for:

- Graduate/MBA with 8+ years experience as an HR business partner, preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies/startups and more established organizations

- Candidates with qualification in HR specialisation will be preferred.

- Must have experience of setting up HR systems & processes, culture tenets and values from scratch in a startup/ entrepreneurial organization

- Experience of implementing people programs including performance coaching, employee relations, compensation review process, HR compliance, and employee development/growth

- Excellent communication & leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change

- Should have a very strong personal value system and deep empathy for employee needs and the ability to translate highly ambiguous employee experience issues into structured problems, and to develop well founded solutions in a structured yet creative way

Key Responsibilities:

- People operations: own all people operations processes including performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration; legal and regulatory compliance as it relates to employment, etc., and as we scale to ensure that we evolve our processes appropriately.

- Employee development and retention: develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth

- Cultural champion: be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals

- Trusted advisor: be the trusted advisor to the CEO and HODs, holding all managers to a high-quality standard

- Workplace operations: oversee the building management, workplace, safety & security team to ensure that employees are provided a healthy and conducive working environment

- Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities
