- HR policy adherence and people processes' implementation
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
Role :- Partner with business to arrive at win-win solutions for both business and talent
- Hiring the right talent by optimizing on the parameters of quality, cost, and time
- Partner with employees and the L&D team on capability building journey to drive productivity
- Ensure adherence to all people processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by employees
- Will be first point of contact for any employee grievance.
- Drive employee experience and connect with the employees in the region, be the culture custodian, uphold organization culture and values, and create a culture of recognition
- Be the face of all strategic people initiatives and should also share on ground information about employee welfare and competition best practices
Experience/Qualification: MBA from good institute with 10+ years of experience in HR role.
