Position Purpose
- The Lead - HR Projects & Talent Services role will partner the Business Division in its strategic talent development initiatives. The respective position will help to implement HR strategies.
- Strategic partnering: build, adjust and implement division wise strategies to address typical challenges in the Division, with special focus on key projects and talent development
- Designing and executing HR interventions that will contribute to employee development and engagement
- Execution of HR projects
