This roles entails the Manager to engage with the Stakeholders on a continuous basis and develop and execute projects / programs to enhance the people capabilities aligned to the business requirements along with culture development and change that the environment demands, including forecasting of the changes
Responsibilities :
- Develops, facilitates, coordinates and/or leads leadership Projects support business objectives, results, and strategy implementation
- Works closely with Senior Management, Directors and teams to implement the Strategic Plan
- Supports in designs and executes key programmatic elements of the organizational and leadership development process; evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goal
- Provides Project Management for organization wide initiatives as required by facilitating the team efforts within the designated time lines
- Keeps records and tracks the developments within the targeted time lines.
- Carries out engagements to design / realign the jobs / structures and management processes to meet Quality Standards
- Recommends changes and adjustments to continually align performance management with learning and development
- Acts as a catalyst between the external consultants and internal team members in all the projects that may be carried out on the OD activities of the group
- Supports change management initiatives by partnering with leadership and improving our change readiness capability; collaborates on new technology implementation and change effectiveness to ensure technology changes are widely adapted and effective
- Researches and recommends assessments for talent development orientation and personality interpretation
- Serves as a liaison with Human Resources to recommend corporate development initiatives in support of operational goals
- Identifies and recommends training and development talent where appropriate
- Provides leadership and performance management of staff to support the function
- Develops policies and procedures for implementation of the initiatives taken up and ensures cooperation on the implementation
Skills :
- Demonstrated ability to implement Change management and talent development strategy in support of organizational goals
- Proven results in building organizational management and leadership competencies including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Understanding of the HR and OD related processes
- Proven ability to analyze managerial development needs to design, develop, and facilitate programs for adult learners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think through programs and identify areas for improvement
- Strong performance consulting, coaching and organizational skills; ability to work well in a collaborative, team based environment
- Flexibility and judgement sufficient to relate to varied leadership styles and employee levels
- MS office ( Excel and PPT)
- Self-Motivated & Result oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with limited supervision
- Team player
Experience & Qualification :
7 -8 years of post-qualification (MBA) experience in a firm with multiple departments with atleast 2 years of OD working knowledge
