Description:

Our Client in India has been growing at a fast pace and is today they have 100 person team with an expectation of this size doubling in the next two years. They are looking to hire a Sr. Manager - HR to manage the growing HR needs of fast growing organization.

This is a senior level position and the incumbent would be heading the entire HR function within organization. The person would be expected to give shape to the HR function within the organization, streamline and/or introduce new processes as well as build an HR team in response to the organization growth.

Specifically (but not limited to), the incumbent would be responsible for streamlining the recruitment and performance appraisal system; introduce a systematic training and developmental needs assessment system; put together an efficient employee engagement and incentive system etc. The incumbent would also help and advise the senior management in taking key HR related decisions such as manpower planning, promotions, senior level recruitment, staff capacity building etc.

Requirements :

- The said position is that of a de-facto head of HR.

- Should have at least 20+ years of relevant experience in managing HR functions of a service oriented organization such as a consulting firm, not-for-profit, KPO etc.

- Out of the above, at least 10 years of experience should be at a senior, decision making role in HR.

- Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations.

- Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office as well as have a good understanding of HR related MIS systems. Knowledge/experience of working on a SAP based system or similar ERP is preferable.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationship with all departments.

- The candidate should be flexible to work extra hours during exigencies.

- Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.
