Sr. manager -HR with an NBFC
Key Accountabilities :
The Senior Manager will have to undertake the following :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, co-ordination for interviews, HR interview co-ordination, selection, salary workings, negotiation, and offer letter till joining of the candidate; Manage post-recruitment activities
- Coordinate orientation and training's on both technical and soft skills
- Manage permanent and temporary employee transfers within organization and group
- Manage appraisals, feedback and career growth processes
- Manages the employee communication channels, periodic mailers, etc.
- Assist in the implementation of HR and Talent Development initiatives for the organization
- Creating more platforms and touch-points to enhance employee communication and engagement
- Plans & execute fun at work initiatives in synchronization with the regional HR teams
- Assist in monthly dashboard, MIS & group reports preparation
- Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, interviews both online as well as through phone and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers and other stakeholders
- Employee Queries/Grievance Handling
Experience :
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in the field of HR, handling a HR generalist profile preferably in Banking industry with minimum 3-4 years of experience in leading cross-functional HR teams
- Startup experience (in the candidate's career) from a Payments / BFSI company would be an added advantage.
