The company is looking out for Sr. HR Manager to provide HR leadership for implementing strong HR systems which would help in achieving the Company's vision & goal.
Major Areas of Responsibility of this position :
- Establish the strong process of Performance Management to drive the performance oriented culture.
- Establish strong talent management system to identify the potential Leaders.
- Closely working with the Training & Development function so as to drive the Individual Development Plan as part of Talent Management Process.
- Suggest & implement the common capability development programme for the senior management globally including driving the process for the competency framework development.
- Establishing the global mobility process, parity in the grade structure across the geographies, compensation structure to facilitate the process of mobility.
- Suggest & implement the succession planning model commonly used across the geographies.
- Chalk out & implement the IT usage for HR globally.
- Suggest & drive the common practices for driving the Employer Branding initiatives globally.
Education : Graduation with MBA in HR
Experience : Minimum 9-14 Years experience post qualification
