Senior Manager - Human Resource - Manufacturing

- Participating in implementing and executing programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualifies candidates .

- Maturity to interact externally with the candidates and internally with the stakeholders.

- Good knowledge of HR systems and processes .

- Data interpretation and data analysis skills

- Experience of handling campus placements

- Experience /understsnding of working in a manufacturing setup is desirable .
