Job Description:
- Global coordination of HR.
- Generating and analyzing reports related to HR.

Should be aware about HR related laws in Europe and USA.- Responsible to ensure smoothly organize the training programme both Internally & Externally and provide adequate support to the team.
- Responsible to organize various types of Engagement activities at different places in order to avoid disengagement among employees and also to feel the pulse of the employees.
- Responsible to facilitate Performance Management System across the company
- Arrange to create Individual Development Plan (IDP) both through in house & external consultants
