Company &amp; Location: We have a job opportunity for Sr. Manager HR Role with one of our Prestigious Client in Haldia, West Bengal, India Qualification, Age &amp; Experience : - MSW - HR / MBA - HR / MA - PM &amp; IR/MHRM - Age : Below 45 Years - Should 12 to 18 yrs. of rich experience in HR and IR role. - Candidates from a Manufacturing background would be given preference. - Should be currently working either as a Manager / Sr.Manager - HR - The role holder reports to the Head of HR - Ability to Speak fluently in Bengali is essential. Role and Responsibilities : - Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. - To set objectives and goals for the HR team and track progress, coach and mentor them with a view to enhance team competencies. - Effective Implementation of People agenda at the Business Level. - Implement initiatives to maintain employee productivity and performance excellence. - Deploy HR shared service delivery Model in support of HR Transformational Goals. - Assess current and future talent requirements of the business which impacts achievement of annual business objectives. - Develop &amp; implement a resourcing plan and drive the selection process. - Support the assessment and capability building of the employees. - Implementation of HR initiatives like Talent Management, PMS, Reward and recognition, Employee policies, Training and development initiatives. - Support in development and implementation of required programs and processes to drive a positive work environment through Managers and supervisors. - Ensure Positive work environment at Workplace. - Resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that recognizes employee needs and protects the needs of the business to operate in an effective and efficient manner. - Should have hands on experience in dealing with Contract labours. - Ensure 100% compliance with labour law requirements and local, state employment laws. - Impart adequate knowledge of labour laws to the line managers. - Responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms for engagement and development, career counseling/coaching, mentoring, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. - Responsible for recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skill sets across industry sectors. - Creating and implementing a holistic HR strategy to meet short term &amp; long-term business challenges with focus on areas such as talent &amp; leadership, culture &amp; values, engagement &amp; connect supervisory capability.
