Senior Human Resource Manager
- We are HIRING for Senior Human Resource Manager for one of our clients ; a Logistics Company to look after the warehousing operation in pan India, based out of Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluating an organization's supply chain/logistics operations. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business & HR Partnership:
- Establishing and developing a strong working relationship with senior management to understand key business drivers and associated overcome current and future organizational challenges and help them in achieving a business goal.
- To translate and apply strategic and business targets to HR processes, products, services, outcomes, and consequences, and to develop policies.
- Developing a high-performing HR organization to guarantee the optimum results are achieved with high quality.
Organization Design & Change Management:
- Formulate the Organization Design and Work Band Structure to cater to Transformation Agenda.
- Consulting business leaders on Organizational design to build future-ready business
- Develop and implement change management initiatives that facilitate/enable organizational growth and transformation and effect continuous improvement with minimum disruptions.
Talent Acquisition (Hiring best in class):
- Lead and develop talent acquisition team
- Work with the leadership team to ensure alignment of talent acquisition with the business goals, and identify talent needs/or gaps to develop across the organization.
Leadership, Culture & Organization Development:
- Lead Leadership Program across management levels to strengthen the leadership capability.
- Design & Conceptualize Organization Development Interventions to build the future-fit organization.
- Ensure that there is a robust succession plan in place for a key role. For roles where there is a succession gap. Responsible for succession planning & employee career planning ensuring a talent pipeline for all roles.
Performance Management System:
Coaching leadership team on managing employee performance through effective goal setting and continuous feedback. The record keeps daily value additions of stakeholders.
Manage performance management system in pursuit of a culture of accountability and results-orientation, linking organizational and employee performance.
Lead 4D PMS Project for the group, decide Group Goals, and KPIs for Stakeholders and Companies too along with Employees.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance Management:
- Leading the payroll policies, ensuring timely and efficient policies and processes.
- Ensure complete adherence to Statutory Laws, timely payments, and returns.
HRMIS: Update the various HR reports - Joiner's report, Attrition report, Spine ticket report, Attrition Report & other reports as and when management requires.
Expatriate Management (FRRO/Visa):
- Handle team for end-to-end Visa procedures for EXPATS.
- Shared Services Operations Management (Future add-on to responsibilities)
- Lead the shared services center to focus on operational excellence and create exceptions and positive customer experiences in all the tasks/ projects undertaken.
- Establish performance expectations, service level agreements, and metrics and feedback mechanisms for Services; communicates proactively with Team leads to ensure understanding of seamless Delivery.
Qualifications:
- MS Excel & Presentation skills.
- 5-7 yrs of experience in HR Operations, especially with Spine HRMS and payroll.
- ERP-based HRIS System knowledge (SPINE Must) Spine certified additional advantage.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliances.
- Good people management & interpersonal skills.
- Acumen to handle interpersonal cooperation with Internal and External vital interactions.
