Job Description:
The person will be handling the complete HR gamut function, including :
- HR Policy, HR Process and Systems for a fast-paced organization.
- Organization Redesign, People Development
- Stakeholder Management (with leadership team)
- HR Automation (Implementing HR software)
- Learning and Development
- Retention & Exit Management
- Performance and Talent Management (including competency framework)
- Employee Relations and Employee engagement
- Policy Inputs
- The role reports to Corporate Senior Vice President - HR of Ramco Group.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- Hands on person with over 7-12 years post qualification experience in software company, who could architect the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.
- Defining and implementing processes to establish the HR blueprint for the organization. Includes human resources management, organizational development/change management, compensation, senior level staffing, learning and development.
- Strong competence in data driven decision making to support business heads and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, solid Team Player.
- Ability to influence senior management and provide thought leadership.
- Exposure in implementing HRIS/ HR software.
- MSW or MBA (HR) from a reputed institute, with strong academic credentials
