About our Client - Our client is a well-known MNC in IT industry. Due to continued business success and future growth in India, an opportunity now exists for an experienced HR professional of the highest caliber to join the senior management team.
Job Description : Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible:
- Leading the HR Business partnering, performance management, HR operations and Payroll for the organization
- Champions employee engagement, supporting growth and talent development - Establishes effective HR policies, programmers and processes in line with market practices
- Executes the implementation of major HR change initiatives and any changes within the organization
- Works with operating heads to identify, retain key and high potential employees, and to establish and carry out development plans in preparation for promotion and succession
- Leads and supervises HR teams across the region and monitors compliance with the Group's policies and guidelines
The Successful Candidate :
- The successful applicant will be a degree holder with minimum 13 years of HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role In addition, you must have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and trends.
- Experience gained from IT/ ITES sector in sizable companies is preferable
- Dynamic, mature and confident professional in a start-up environment is essential
