Responsible for design and execution of the Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Campus.

- Effectively facilitating and managing how talent is acquired, moves across or transitions out of the organization to develop the most effective placement of skills and capabilities to meet the organization's key objectives

- Putting in place the right structure, processes, tools, talent management / acquisition systems to meet the organization's objectives

- Effective management of the Campus Programme as an input to develop future leaders of the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Management :

Facilitate superior performance by unleashing Talent at the right place at the right time with the right skills

- Design, develop and implement the talent strategy for the organization based on organizational requirement

- Drive standardization of the process across stakeholders and business units

- Effective change Management to drive the Talent Agenda by partnering with HRBPs, functional leadership and other critical stakeholders

- Ensure critical stakeholders are onboard the Talent Agenda by educating them and linking the same to their business objectives as appropriate

- Design and execute the framework for talent management systems, programs, processes, policies and continually refine them to align with the demands of the business and to ensure consistency and fairness to all employees

- Monitor all talent management initiatives for consistency and fairness to all employees

- Facilitate analysis of internal and external demographic trends, identify competency gaps, develop, and execute plans to address identified issues appropriately

- Develop linkages for succession planning, development and business objectives

- Identifying of critical positions and ensuring succession planning for each of the identified critical positions

- Facilitate segmenting the talent pool into investment category and managing investment in each category through appropriate actions

- Support in designing and implementing career paths, development and retention actions for key players. This will ensure that we leverage talent as key lever to achieve our global objectives and focus being on development process of identified succession candidates.

Talent Acquisition:

- Design, develop and implement standardized processes for Talent Acquisition across the organization

- Drive the Talent Acquisition Agenda by partnering with critical stakeholders and effective change management across the value stream (Make Talent Acquisition much more beyond just recruitment)

- Design and implement the journey of migration of core processes to online platform

- Design, develop and implement the Talent Acquisition Tools / Processes (Pre hire Assessment, Source Management, Interviewing Skills, standardized On - boarding Experience for all new hires..)

- Responsible for developing all the Job descriptions and maintaining their relevance over the period of time

- Ensure a best in class Candidate experience for all applicants

- Design and implement a robust governance mechanism to effectively manage adherence across initiatives

Young Leaders Program Programme:

- Design effective talent management framework for Campus Hires - Onboarding to Graduation

- Responsible for engagement and retention of all Campus hires via designing effective career paths, interventions to manage gaps in their development journey

- Handholding the Young Leaders (Campus Hires) through one on one discussions and other relevant framework throughout their traineeship

- Independent stakeholder management with all internal and external customers to build on the strong brand of Young Leaders Program

- Mapping out and creating internal sponsors for Young Leaders post completion of their traineeship

Preferred:

- Specialist role in Talent Management / Training and Development coupled with a stint in generalist role.

An MBA-HR from premier institute (Batch 2006 - 2008)

GRADE: Senior Manager - Corporate HR
