Desired Profile :
- Master's degree in HR or related field from XLRI/MDI/IIM/TISS and graduated between 2000 to 2006 batch only.
- 10+ years- experience in HR Leadership role including Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & development, Employee Engagement.
- Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills. No Industry Preference.

- Experienced in managing HR professionals.
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels of the organization, experience in executive coaching is a good plus.
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. Effective collaboration with a Global HR Team. Strong Project/ Program Management skills.
- Ability to work well across different functions and locations. Leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced, high tech corporate environment. Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
- Prior experience in a startup or new build organization will be an added advantage.
