Sr. Manager - HR - Digital AdTech/ Marketing Agency

Requirements:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

2. Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.

4. Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

6. Develop and maintain effective employee communication channels to foster a positive work environment.

7. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings to attract and retain top talent.

8. Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

9. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

10. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience of 5+ years a senior HR role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
