- Overall responsibility for the HR function, including employee relations, compensation and benefits Administration, Employee Development, implementation and administration of Human Resources programs like Career Planning, Competency Mapping, and Performance Improvement Plan.

- Training and workforce development.

- Application of employment policies in the contexts of hiring, discipline, employment termination, employee development.

- Training, compensation, benefits, leave, and other human resources issues.

- Supervise the Organizational Development, Training, Performance Management function.

- To have overall control of the personnel / human resource function comprising of Recruitment & Selection, Employee on Boarding process, Payroll Management, Training & Employee Development, Performance Management System.

- Direct staff in the processing of personnel transactions, time keeping, payrolls, personnel record-keeping, insurance, longevity, retirement, and disability management.

- Direct staff in overall personnel administration, including appointments, promotions, transfers, demotions, suspensions, layoffs, and dismissals.

- To prepare an effective implementation and systems audits of Service HR policies (Recruitment, employment, promotion, reward, welfare, performance measurement, etc.) in consultation with Head Service, Country Service Heads and other heads of businesses across the Group.

- To ensure manpower policies, planning and compliance with IR acts.

- To have Quality Recruiting and selecting staff in line with the business requirements thus ensuring the profile match up at par with the defined requirement specs.

- To do Faculty identification, recruitment and development, both internal and external.

- Identify staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

- Planning and directing employee training and development programs

- To ensure and conduct Induction and orientation of new recruits to the organization from supervisor to ZSM/ Country Service head Levels.

- To Formulate and implement strategies for building, training and retaining human assets.

- Develops assessment techniques and evaluates staff development and training

- Conducts cost effective training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars on a specific area.

- To prepare and implement HR communication strategies across the Service organization with an objective of culture building activity.

- Developing remuneration and reward procedures

- Formulate and implement the performance appraisal and reward systems.

- Strategic recruitment's and exit interviews of positions above Executive level.

- Networking with Technical institutes and professionals in the field of HR.

- Ensure proper labour relations and conditions of employment are maintained.

- Effectively handle the Unions and Industrial Dispute.
