Job Description :

- Human Resource Business Partnering(HRBP)

- Managing Complete Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee engagement .

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition for existing and new units.

- Plan & conduct new hire orientation/ induction program

- Organization Development and HR policies formulation.

- Design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.

- Implementation of performance policy & assisting concerned departments in KRA setting.

- Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
