Education: MBA from TOP NOTCH MBA SCHOOL
Should be presently based in Bangalore
Should have excellent communication skills and people management skills
Brief note on Responsibilities:
1. Oversee recruitment
2. Performance management, talent management, total compensation and compliance
3. Participate with the business lead in design, development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs and Leadership development program.
4. Communicate our corporate Human Resources policies for the business units and ensure they adhere to all the Human Resources policies, practices and procedures.
5. Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition, employment policies, surveys and employee relations
